When in Louisville this is the coffee I drink. I buy the beans, grind n' brew in my Traveling Ambo . It isn't just that great coffee it's also the employees!! The Saturday night person working here was wonderful!! A warm, friendly, delightful human! This has been my experience in every Heine Brothers. I have no idea how much employees make here I just know the owners have found some real gems and should be giving out good raises to keep these amazing people!!

Vegan cherry scone, coffee with a splash of almond milk has been my favorite for years there, plus relax on their cloth reading chair catching up on their supplied local news, wonderful hosts! I am there every Monday morning. :)

I love walking up with my dog to get a pup cup and the BEST green citrus green tea in the city! Employees are always so sweet and welcoming!

I love Heine! Never have been to this location before, but it provided good Heine! Just as I expected! I got the coffee of the day w/stevia and My Mother got the mocha iceberg w/ a pecan cinnamon swirl bread slice. We both enjoyed our drinks, we shared the bread. Excellent friendly service.

I really like the way that this Cafe is set-up and it definitely has a very relaxing vibe. Moreso than your average coffee chain Cafe. Everything here is super comfortable, from the tables and comfortable chairs, to the relaxing music that is at a reasonable volume. For those reasons, this Cafe has be one my number one destination to come and do work, during the time that I'm here in Louisville. I came in at around 1w noon and even then there were 4 or 5 customers doing work on their laptops. There were at least employees that I saw working behind the counter, so ordering my drink was fast and painless. I ordered the large Creamy Vanilla Cold Brew Coffee. Additionally, I got the lueberry muffin to mun on. For the times that I e been here, its always been a chill and good esperience.

The quality and smells of their organic coffee make all new visitors to fall in love; plus amazing variety of muffins, teas, bagels, wraps and smoothly plus their outdoor tables and views make this place unique for a date with friends or with yourself to sit-enjot and read your favorite book or newspaper...maybe I just will add more wraps or salry crepes options in their menu with some features and/or spinach, cheese , peppers & tomato
